  Recently opened a Supabets account? If so, then you are required to complete the FICA process in order to activate your account and start betting. FICA documents required include colour/certified copy of your ID and proof of residence.
   
   

  HOW DO I FICA?

   

  You need to email a copy of your ID book and proof of residence to [email protected].

  FICA DOCUMENTS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE INFORMATION IS CLEAR AND VISIBLE.

   
   
  IDENTIFICATION - A CLEAR COPY OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • • Identity document – All 4 corners must be visible
    • Identity Card - Both Sides
    • Driver's Liscence - Both Sides
    • Valid Passport - – All 4 corners must be visible
    • If you are a foreigner, a valid passport and work permit.
     
    PROOF OF RESIDENCE – DOCUMENT MUST REFLECT FULL NAMES AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS ( PO BOX ADDRESS IS NOT VALID AND WILL NOT ACCEPTED.):
    • Utility bill (less than 3 months old)
    • Municipal rates and taxes invoice (less than 3 months old)
    • Income tax form/IRP5 (less than 1yr old)
    • Recent property lease agreement
    • Insurance policy which is not in arrears and is a current policy
    • Insurance policy documents
    • Bank statement with teller stamp.
    • Please Note: We are required by section 21D of the FIC Act to request additional or alternative documents for verification purposes.
    • A store account statement
    • A Residential Affidavit from a police station
    • A Confirmation of Address letter from the ward councillor (local municipal offices).
